The APMP Western Region Conference 2025 will be held at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel and Spa

The Disneyland Resort Hotels Group Travel Operations is pleased to welcome back the APMP Western Region Conference—arriving November 5, 2025 at the Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel and Spa, 1600 S. Disneyland Drive, Anaheim, CA 92802.
Disney has created a booking site for the event where attendees may make, modify and cancel their hotel reservations online 24/7. This site also includes a ticket store link where attendees can purchase discounted theme park tickets. The 2025 APMP Western Region Conference online booking site is now open and ready for room reservations!
A link to Disney's booking site (and a link for the Anaheim Hilton) will be provided in the confirmation email you receive after registering for the conference.

For alternate accommodations, We have also arranged a room block at the Anaheim Hilton before, during and after the conference; please go to https://book.passkey.com/go/APMP25

  • At the Hilton, the APMP Western Regional Conference room rate is $189 per night for two queens or a king rooms, plus resort fees and taxes
  • The Hilton room block will be released on October 10, 2025

Note:

  • The APMP Western Regional Conference room rate at Disney's Grand Californian is $399 per night, plus fees, taxes, and parking.
  • The cut-off date for the room block is Friday, October 10, 2025
  • The Ticket Store will open on Wednesday, May 18, 2025 and close at 9:00 pm PST on Wednesday, November 5, 2025.
  • Tickets are valid from Monday, November 3, 2025 through Friday, November 14, 2025.
  • Park reservations are limited and subject to availability, and availability can change until the park reservation is finalized
