About the Job:

We are recruiting a Proposal Manager to oversee all proposal activities. This includes directing the proposal team, managing proposal schedules and deadlines, and monitoring the proposal’s progress.

• The Proposal Manager will partner with the Capture Manager to integrate the win strategy and solution into a proposal structured for compliance and ease of evaluation.
• You will develop and execute a review plan (e.g., Pink Team, Red Team, Gold Team) for interim and final reviews of the technical, management, and cost proposals.
• Also, you will coordinate, assemble, check, and/or schedule administrative functions to support the production of assigned proposals.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations.
• Proven ability to successfully articulate examples of having managed winning proposals in areas related to the company’s business
• Knowledge of missions, products, and technologies including current and future applications
