Help Us Build What the Profession Needs

Most proposal professionals didn’t plan to end up here—they fell into it. The APMP Western Chapter’s Intentional Career Path (ICP) initiative exists to change that: to make proposal and capture management a profession people choose deliberately, with clear pathways to enter, grow, and lead.

To build those pathways, we need to understand our members. This survey asks about how you entered the profession, what’s supported your development, and what programs—mentorship, internships, training—would be most valuable to you and to the chapter going forward.
